Job summary

Prospect Infosystem Inc. is seeking a software developer responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Zoho product suite and Java, along with strong problem-solving skills to support the software lifecycle.

The role involves evaluating the existing Zoho environment, collaborating with teams to develop improvements, and executing software testing plans to ensure successful application functionality. A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Zoho product suite, especially CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics.
• Experience with Deluge scripting language for Zoho customizations.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and reporting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap.
• Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort for development tasks.
• Develop testing plans for migrations and changes to applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for code and processes.
