Job summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) seeks a skilled Zoho Platform & Applications Architect to drive operational excellence as the backbone of its growing enterprise systems. You’ll connect workflows, optimize data pipelines, and build a scalable Zoho ecosystem to support fiber optic projects.

You will oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Zoho One, collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and leadership, and replace aging forms with streamlined, integrated solutions for reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and administering business applications on the Zoho platform, including Deluge scripting.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Projects, plus experience in Creator, Analytics, DataPrep, and Desk.
• Experience building and maintaining API integrations between Zoho and third-party systems.
• Hands-on data transformation and ETL work with Zoho DataPrep or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, automation focus, and ability to document systems clearly.
• Excellent communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work in U.S. Mountain and Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain custom Zoho applications and workflows (CRM, Projects, Creator, Analytics).
• Build, test, and deploy REST API integrations and webhooks between Zoho and external systems.
• Manage data pipelines using Zoho DataPrep and Zoho Analytics for reporting.
• Identify and automate manual processes across departments to improve efficiency.
• Configure Zoho Projects and Zoho Desk to track deliverables and ticketing workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and bug fixes across platform modules and integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation and system diagrams for enhancements.
