Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership in continuous improvement.
• Proven experience deploying Lean, TPM, IWS, or equivalent systems.
• Advanced certifications in Continuous Improvement or Lean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of BCOS and ensure alignment with global initiatives.
• Develop manufacturing excellence roadmap aligned with regional priorities.
• Coach BCOS leaders and promote zero-loss mindset.
