Job summary

A leading chocolate and cocoa manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to implement the Barry Callebaut Operating System (BCOS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work with site leadership to create a Zero loss culture, foster efficiency, and adopt digital solutions. Qualifications

• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement processes, such as TPM, Lean, and/or Six Sigma.
• Previous experience in cultural change management is preferred.
• May require occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead site target setting and deployment.
• Generate insights to drive continuous improvement across KPIs.
• Support adoption of digital solutions at the site level.
