Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Manager, SC Excellence to lead operational excellence across the supply chain. You will implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices, drive digitalization, and collaborate with regional and global teams to raise service levels and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in supply chain with strong analytics, change management, and leadership. Hybrid work and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a continuous improvement framework across the supply chain.
• Facilitate workshops and training on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and project management.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies via root cause analysis and action planning.
• Monitor and report progress of CI initiatives to senior management.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors.
• Lead change management efforts for new processes/systems.
• Develop and manage budgets for CI projects.
• Utilize analytics to forecast improvements and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement teams to drive holistic improvements across SC.
