Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a seasoned Manager, SC Excellence to drive operational excellence and efficiency in the Supply Chain. Lead standardized processes, publish KPIs, and align with global standards while collaborating with regional teams to boost performance.

The role requires 10+ years of experience including 5+ in the domain, strong analytical skills, and PMP/PRINCE2 familiarity. Hybrid work environment and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Kaizen, or similar certification.
• 10+ years total experience with 5+ years in the domain.
• Strong communication, presentation and change management in complex environments.
• Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a continuous improvement framework across the supply chain.
• Facilitate workshops and training on Lean, Six Sigma and project management.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through root cause analysis.
• Monitor progress of improvement programs and report to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and manage budgets.
