Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management, and at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing with a strong background in Lean and IWS methodologies. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership in continuous improvement.
• Proven experience deploying Lean, TPM, IWS, or equivalent operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainability of BCOS.
• Assess site maturity against BCOS/IWS standards.
• Coach and develop BCOS pillar leaders and plant leadership.
• Drive change management and cultural transformation.
• Conduct regular assessments of performance KPIs.
