Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Minimum 10 years leading in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in SAP, CMMS and MES in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met and the facility operates safely and efficiently.
• Lead day-to-day operational activities to achieve quality, operational and financial objectives.
• Hire and develop people, build culture and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and implement lean improvements and new technologies to reduce waste.
• Oversee maintenance, equipment management and hygienic conditions in the plant.
