This role encompasses driving continuous improvement and cultural transformation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed standardized processes. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing are required. Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership in continuous improvement.
• Proven experience deploying Lean, TPM, IWS, or equivalent operating systems.
• Expertise in driving change, coaching, and cultural transformation.
