Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership in continuous improvement.
• Proven experience deploying Lean, TPM, IWS, or equivalent operating systems.
• Expertise in driving change, coaching, and cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of BCOS and alignment with global objectives.
• Coach BCOS leaders and facilitate continuous improvement workshops.
• Use data analytics to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives for smart factory maturity.
