Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of data analysis in transit.
• Experience evaluating computer vision, analytics, or fare-collection tech.
• Experience working with large transit datasets and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and management of computer vision and analytics-based fare-evasion initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans, schedules, performance measures, and reporting.
• Coordinate among operations, revenue protection, technology, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Monitor pilots and demonstrations; recommend improvements based on results.
• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor fare-evasion and program performance.
• Evaluate technology interactions with day-to-day transit operations.
• Document limitations, risks, and mitigation measures.
