Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to sustain high manufacturing standards and drive a Zero Defect culture. You will partner with cross-functional teams to stabilize production, eliminate non-conformance, and implement robust error-proofing to ensure long-term product quality.

Responsibilities include owning internal manufacturing quality, leading CAPA actions, and deploying BIQ practices. Third shift hours are 11PM–7AM EST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in Manufacturing Quality.
• HS diploma with 5+ years in Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience with Zero Defect, Lean, Six Sigma, or BIQ frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own internal manufacturing and process quality, ensuring compliance with specs.
• Lead containment actions for non-conforming materials.
• Partner with teams to protect production flow and reduce quality escapes.
• Lead 8D, DMAIC, RCA to drive CAPA and prevent recurrence.
