GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Quality Leader to head the Quality organization at the Schenectady Manufacturing site. The role focuses on driving a zero-defect culture, quality strategy, and continuous improvement, reporting to the plant leader.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to lead quality strategy and foster zero-defect culture.
• Proven capability in systemic problem-solving and rigorous root-cause analysis.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and data-driven KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Foster a zero-defect culture ensuring quality in new units, spare parts and repairs.
• Lead systemic problem-solving with transparency and lessons learned.
• Drive root cause investigations to address production non-conformances.
• Own quality assurance and control for assigned manufacturing area.
• Ensure control plans and documentation are implemented and maintained.
• Influence cross-functional teams to solve problems and mitigate risks.
• Review engineering drawings and technical documents for quality compliance.
• Promote Built in Quality framework sustainment and improvements.
• Onsite leadership with strong presence on the manufacturing floor.
