Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to maintain high manufacturing standards and drive a Zero Defect culture. You will partner with cross-functional teams to stabilize production, eliminate non-conformance, and implement error-proofing to ensure long-term product quality.

You will own internal process quality, drive containment actions for non-conforming materials, and lead structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC) to reduce defect rates and ensure CAPA effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience in lieu thereof.
• 3rd shift hours are 11PM–7AM EST.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal manufacturing and process quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Lead structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC, RCA) for defects and drive CAPA.
• Deploy Zero Defect and Built-In Quality practices within the manufacturing cell.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering and Logistics to improve end-to-end quality.
