Job summary

Justice Resource Institute seeks a Therapeutic Mentor to support youth and families in our Community Based Services program in Taunton, MA. You will work afternoons into some evenings, delivering CBHI services, skill coaching, job coaching, and life skills training in home and community settings.

You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on evidence-based practices, building strong relationships with youth, families, and partner agencies to promote safety, growth, and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
• One year of direct experience with youth and families needing behavioral support.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport youth.
• Background checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based services including CBHI to youth and families (skill coaching, job coaching, life skills, activity planning, community exploration, behavior management, case management).
• Maintain positive relationships with families, outside agencies and involved parties.
• Serve on a multidisciplinary treatment team to guide and support youth in the community.
• Support clinical care of youth and families in home/community settings.
