Justice Resource Institute (JRI) seeks a Therapeutic Mentor to support youth and families in community settings. You will deliver CBHI-inspired services, coach youth in life skills and job readiness, and work within a multidisciplinary team to tailor plans for youth’s success.

The role emphasizes after-school and some evening availability, with a strong focus on collaboration with families, schools, and community partners to implement behavior management and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with one year of direct relevant experience or an Associate degree with one year of experience.
• Experience working with youth and families who require behavior management for mental health needs.
