Job summary

Justice Resource Institute's Children’s Friend and Family Services division seeks a Therapeutic Mentor to support youth and families facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges in community settings.

You will apply your passion for helping others and work with a multidisciplinary team to implement skills coaching, life skills training, and crisis management as part of a home- and community-based care approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; an Associate's degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families.
• Ability to learn youth needs and provide varied interventions.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; transporting youth is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
