Job summary

Justice Resource Institute Inc in Salem, MA is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Staff to help youth and families with behavioral and mental health needs. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $20–$30 per hour, with flexible afternoon-evening hours.

You will provide a spectrum of community-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and support youth to thrive in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred, or an Associate’s degree acceptable.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families in need of behavioral management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; transporting youth is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of community-based services, including CBHI services to youth and families.
• Foster positive relationships with families, external agencies, and other involved parties.
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to identify effective methods for guiding youth.
• Contribute to the clinical care of youth and their families in home and community settings.
