Justice Resource Institute seeks a part-time Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Staff to provide community-based services for youth and families on Martha's Vineyard and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• Associate’s degree in the same field acceptable; or Community Health Worker Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skill coaching, job coaching, life skills training, and activity planning.
• Deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Assist in clinical care and crisis management as needed.
• Support families to reach optimal outcomes in home and community.
