Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston seeks a Youth Technology Program Manager to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of tech programming for ages 6-18. This role oversees program delivery, staff, volunteers, partnerships, and budget in collaboration with the IT department.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in technology and youth programming. Evening/weekend hours and a valid driver's license may be necessary. Roxbury location, Boston.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, education, youth development, digital media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of developing and implementing technology, digital media, STEM, or related youth programs.
  • Experience teaching, facilitating, or training youth; knowledge of project-based learning.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate project-based technology programs for youth.
  • Provide opportunities to build tech and creative skills and explore tech careers.
  • Supervise and manage members within technology programs and clubhouse environment.
  • Ensure safety procedures and rules are followed to protect members.
