Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston seeks a Youth Technology Program Manager to lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of technology programming for youth ages 6-18, coordinating staff, volunteers, partnerships, and department budget with IT collaboration.

The role focuses on safe, developmentally appropriate tech activities, fostering digital citizenship, and integrating technology into clubhouse programming across BGCB locations in Boston.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years developing technology/youth programs.
• Experience teaching, facilitating, or training youth is essential.
• Knowledge of project-based learning and multimedia tech is required.
• Strong communication and digital-safety knowledge are expected.

Responsabilités

• Design, deliver, and evaluate project-based technology programming for youth ages 6-18.
• Supervise and manage member behavior within technology programs and clubhouse.
• Enforce safety and digital-safety procedures across activities.
• Develop collaborative programs with staff from other BGCB departments and locations.
• Coordinate external partnerships, volunteers, mentors, and community partners.
• Support IT by integrating tech, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
