Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston seeks a Youth Technology Program Manager to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of developmentally appropriate technology programming for youth ages 6–18. You will oversee program delivery, staff, volunteers, partnerships, the department budget and equipment, and member-facing tech support in collaboration with IT.

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, education, youth development, digital media, computer science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of developing and implementing technology, digital media, STEM, or related youth programs.
• Experience teaching, facilitating, or training youth; strong communication skills.
