Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley seeks a part-time Youth Development Technology Specialist to supervise Club members and deliver technology-driven activities. Under the Program Director, you will develop and facilitate programs, ensure safety, and guide volunteers across tech-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning technology showcases, controlling safety, and maintaining equipment; if 21 or older, driving Club vehicles may be required.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with youth and safe program delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with new tech.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes, and facilitates programs using a formal curriculum.
• Directly runs programming and high-yield activities in the assigned area.
• Facilitate technology-focused programming for youth of all ages and skill levels.
• Plan and coordinate technology showcases/events to display youth projects.
• Administers outcome measurement tools.
• Delivers programs with enthusiasm and energy.
