Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; plus a related degree or experience.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean DMV history.
• 21+ years of age; pass physical, drug clearance, and background checks.
• Experience working with youth or in child welfare/trauma-informed settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line-of-sight supervision of youth focusing on safety and well-being.
• Promote growth and support youths to meet goals per their treatment plan.
• Document behavioral issues and incidents with accurate reports.
• Apply trauma-informed interventions to guide self-control in youths.
• Drive a vehicle and transport youth when required.
