Neuropath Healthcare Solutions is seeking Individual Support Technicians in Freehold, NJ, to support youth with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The position involves working directly with youth in home and community settings, focusing on skill-building and client safety.

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with 3 years of experience in behavior support plans. This role offers competitive pay, paid time off, and ongoing job training.

Formación

• 3 years supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship available.
• Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
