Job summary

Neuropath Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Individual Support Technician in East Orange, NJ to work directly with youth with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). This role focuses on helping youth acquire essential daily living skills and independence through Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of supervised experience in implementing PBS. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience developing and implementing PBS/ADL intervention plans.
• Experience supervising or mentoring support staff.
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate service data and submit visit notes.
