Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking an Individual Support Technician (IST III) to work with youth in Monmouth County, providing PBS-based support in homes and youth centers. You will help develop daily living skills, safety, and independence while coordinating with families and teams.

Role emphasizes hands-on skill building, not clinical therapy, with shifts of 2–4 hours and total weekly hours based on family needs. NJ residents preferred and bilingual candidates encouraged.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
• NJ ISS eligibility criteria (CSOC/DDD eligible, NJ residents).
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.
• Pre-employment, post-conditional job offer drug screen required.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement PBS strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Support development of ADLs and IADLs, including self-care and fine motor tasks.
• Address behavioral needs with proactive strategies and redirection.
• Teach appropriate social behavior and community integration.
• Train and coach parents/guardians to support skill generalization.
• Collect accurate service data and submit visit notes per compliance.
• Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and trainings.
• Follow NJ CSOC/DDD guidelines and agency policies.
