Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare in Freehold, New Jersey is seeking an Individual Support Technician III to work directly with youth with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). This role focuses on helping clients acquire daily living skills using Positive Behavior Support strategies.

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position offers flexible hours between 5–35 hours per week, with an emphasis on functional life skills and client safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Teach appropriate social behavior and utilize redirection for challenging behavior.
• Collect accurate service data and ensure client safety and well-being.
