Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking an Individual Support Technician (IST II) to work with youth with I/DD in Hunterdon County, NJ. You will help clients acquire daily living skills, implement PBS strategies, and support safety and independence in home and community settings.

Full‑time and part‑time schedules available (2–4 hour shifts; 5–35 hours/week). The role emphasizes hands‑on skill building, collaboration with families, and adherence to NJ CSOC/DDD guidelines and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, social work, or related field.
• 1+ year supervised experience in behavior support and ADL/IADL skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement PBS strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Support development of ADLs and behavioral needs.
• Train and coach parents/guardians for skill generalization.
• Collect accurate service data and submit visit notes.
