Job summary

WellLife Network in Setauket, NY is seeking a Child Support Professional for the Community Residence Program. You will provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence, helping them develop independence and life skills while maintaining a safe, structured environment.

You will work with families and clinical staff to implement trauma-informed care, document progress, and participate in service planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral needs preferred.
• Valid New York State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and care for residents, ensuring safety and well‑being.
• Deliver skill development and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Escort residents to appointments, supervise activities, and promote family engagement.
