Job summary

Boy s & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego in San Diego is seeking a Sports Group Leader to coordinate youth sports leagues and support staff. You will lead, train, and assess coaches, liaise with members and parents, and ensure safety across club sites.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a HS diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze student data to drive program outcomes. Evening and Saturday availability is expected as programs run across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to analyze student assessment data to improve student achievement in the Program.
• Excellent communication skills with youth, parents, staff and partners.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, supervise, and coordinate the Youth Sport League across sites.
• Lead, train, and assess coaches, volunteers, and program staff.
• Maintain safety, health protocols, and orderly program operations.
• Build positive relationships with members, families, and school partners.
• Monitor attendance, behavior, and program outcomes.
