Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego seek a Sr. Group Leader to assist with daily operations and oversee programs for youth. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 48 units of college curriculum or completion of CAPE required.
• Experience working directly with school-aged youth and knowledge of youth development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and supervision of staff and volunteers.
• Plan and lead programs that are fun and instructional for youth.
• Maintain accurate program attendance records and submit them in a timely manner.
