Boys & Girls Clubs of King County in Seattle is seeking an Athletic Director to lead youth sports programming, manage staff, and ensure a safe, welcoming club experience for members and families.

The role requires collaboration with schools and communities, overseeing seasonal programs, and a commitment to youth development with strong customer relations; the position is full-time with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field; 2 years youth athletics programming experience may substitute.
• Three years of management experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certifications required within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Manage an Outcome-Driven Club Experience for youth and families.
• Develop relationships with school admins, coaches and parents for all programs.
• Lead seasonal programs (Football, Tae Kwon Do, Basketball, Wrestling, T-Ball, Summer Camps).
• Hire, train, oversee and develop staff and volunteers.
• Ensure safety and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.
