Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking an Athletic Staff to support youth programming across Seattle-based clubs. You will facilitate pre-designed activities, promote safety, and engage children through interactive play.

This part-time role offers flexible hours (under 20 per week), with hourly pay between $20.00 and $22.25, and benefits including PTO, insurance, and retirement support. A high school diploma or current enrollment is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or current high school enrollment.
• Youth development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Strong organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement weekly program calendars for summer.
• Maintain a healthy, safe environment; ensure facilities and supplies are kept.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate programs, services and activities.
• Ensure a productive work environment.
• Prepare age-appropriate activities for diverse youth.
• Develop positive interactions with children and families.
• Keep rooms safe, organized and clean.
• Transport small groups safely for field trips.
• Meet with staff and director to coordinate programs.
