Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County seeks a Program Director to lead club operations and ensure high-quality youth programs, while managing budgets and staff across the site. You will build strategic community partnerships, drive program excellence, and safeguard member safety and positive outcomes for families.

With strong leadership skills, you will guide staff, report on outcomes, and collaborate with area directors and partners to sustain BGCKC’s impact and growth in youth development.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in management, supervision, or leadership preferred at licensed sites.
• Two years’ youth development experience.
• Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and the recruitment and retention of key personnel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, professional presence, strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Club programs and partnerships to ensure high-quality youth services.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and annual work plan for the Club site.
• Develop community partnerships and data sharing with schools and organizations.
• Ensure safety, customer service, and smooth operations at the Club site.
• Collaborate with Area Directors, Operations Directors, and other leadership.
