Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support Club Leadership in providing an outcome-driven club experience across multiple programming areas, including gym, learning center, and computer lab. The role focuses on working directly with youth, ensuring safety, well-being, and development through engaging activities and guided supervision.

The position requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaged presence to prepare youth for success while creating a safe and healthy Club environment
• Assist with planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs
• Collect and track Club member attendance, coursework and behavior data
• Affirm positive behavior in members and deliver coaching conversations when needed
