Job summary

State of Missouri Division of Youth Services seeks a Supervisory Youth Services position to oversee treatment programs for youth in day treatment and residential settings. Qualifications

• One or more year of experience as Youth Services Worker or higher with a high school diploma or HSE.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with relevant youth treatment experience (counseling) and 1–3 years in youth service.
• Special Requirements include a valid driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision to Youth Services Workers; monitor quality treatment services.
• Lead and participate in team, leadership, and performance meetings; conduct weekly youth group sessions.
• Oversee outdoor program; instruct youth in outdoor skills and assess outcomes.
• Coordinate with court and community staff; prepare progress and placement reports.
• Provide safety supervision and emergency response, including CPR; manage incidents to prevent escapes.
• Maintain security and respond to crises; manage restraints when needed.
• Transport and escort youth in everyday and emergency situations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
