Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate specialized treatment programs, services, and community resources within a region (education, health, substance abuse, mental health, employment).
• Coordinate and supervise the statewide dual jurisdiction process and case management; review files and attend meetings; prepare reports.
