Job summary

Missouri Division of Youth Services is seeking a Youth Services Supervisor to lead treatment programs for youth in day treatment and residential settings. You will supervise staff, support treatment plans, maintain safety, and coordinate with court and community partners.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED (or a Bachelor's with related coursework and youth-treatment experience) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One or more year of experience as a Youth Services Worker or higher in Missouri's system.
• High school diploma or GED required; or a Bachelor's degree with related coursework and one year of youth-treatment experience.
• Special requirements include a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, monitor and maintain quality treatment services; supervise Youth Services Workers.
• Supervise, train and evaluate treatment staff; support career development.
• Conduct team, leadership, and performance meetings and lead weekly youth group meetings.
• Oversee outdoor activities, supervise safety, and coordinate with court and community staff.
• Provide supervision and respond to emergencies; maintain security and escort youth as needed.
