Job summary

Missouri Division of Youth Services seeks dedicated staff to create a safe, therapeutic environment for youth in day treatment and residential programs.

You will collaborate with staff to provide treatment services, monitor behavior, and ensure security; prepare reports and participate in educational activities as needed. A valid driver's license is required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and care for youth in daily treatment and residential settings.
• Monitor youth activity, behavior and movement; participate in safety protocols.
• Maintain security and assist with physical restraint if necessary during emergencies.
• Supervise youth during activities and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Assist youth with personal issues and refer to group sessions as needed.
• Develop and implement group and individual treatment plans.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain youth records.
• Dispense medications and respond to medical emergencies.
