State of Nevada’s Division of Child and Family Services seeks a Treatment Home Supervisor to lead a 24/7 residential program for adolescents with emotional disturbances in Sparks, NV. You will oversee staff coverage, ensure adherence to the treatment model, and coordinate with parents and other professionals to advance youth goals.

Qualificações

• Four or more years of applicable experience with a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a field applicable to the job duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assess client behavior and the home environment.
• Establish and develop treatment goals, objectives, and specific treatment modalities.
• Provide daily group sessions to develop social skills, group interaction, problem solving, and other skills.
• Develop, review, revise, and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor target behaviors, special treatment procedures, and case history.
• Train, and supervise clients in self-care, social, empowerment, and academic skills.
