Rite of Passage Brand is hiring a Group Supervisor for Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada, to supervise Youth Counselors and ensure safety and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program.

You will implement operational programming, collaborate with staff, and meet training requirements such as Youth Care 101 and HR Essentials. Schedule is day shift A/B with rotating days.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year Direct Care experience for internal/external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Implement operational programming and supervise staff to ensure safety and 24/7 supervision.
• Oversee Youth Counselors and Night Youth Counselors as assigned.
• Support a caring, safe environment for youth in the program.
