Qualifications

• Four or more years of applicable experience in treatment homes, with at least one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the job duties.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with treatment models.
• Provide and organize daily group sessions to develop social skills.
• Coordinate treatment plans and monitor target behaviors.
• Ensure clients take prescribed medications.
• Maintain client files and prepare reports.

• Assess client behavior and home environment.
• Establish and develop treatment goals, objectives, and specific treatment modalities.
• Provide daily group sessions to develop social skills and problem solving.
• Develop, review, revise, and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor target behaviors and case histories.

• Organize recreational outings and supervise activities.
• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports.
