Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Nelsonville, OH is seeking a Youth Residential Supervisor to assist the Managing Director in overseeing a residential program for youth. The role focuses on staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality therapeutic services while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with supervisory experience; licensure in social work or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• Licensed in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or Couple and Family Therapy preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting preferred.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Advanced communication and organizational skills; Medicaid familiarity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program and supervise staff.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and back-up coverage for the Program Manager.
• Develop and implement daily routines and activities for youth.
• Build relationships with clients to promote healthy growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and accrediting bodies; document assessments and goals.
• Train new employees on policies, procedures, and regulations; participate in hiring.
• Travel within designated service area and provide field support as needed.
