Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Five years of successful experience managing/supervising staff.
• Ability to transport clients and travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of supervision for direct reports.

• Ensure staff are fully trained for their roles.
