Job summary

State of Nevada’s DCFS seeks a Clinical Program Manager I for the 16‑bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility North in Sparks, NV. The role provides operational, clinical and administrative leadership, supervising a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.

Work hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PERS, generous leave and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field applicable to the job duties.
• Three or more years of post‑Master’s experience.
• At least one year of supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise psychologists and professional clinicians or counselors.
• Lead a rural mental health clinic or statewide program.
• Establish goals, policies, and monitor program performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, licensure, and funding requirements.
• Coordinate services with courts, schools, and law enforcement.
