Job summary

Thompson in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead daily operations of our youth residential programs, guiding the care team and ensuring compliance with program standards. This in-office role requires evening/weekend coverage and on-call duties.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in health or human services, at least 3 years of supervisory work with residential youth, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health & human services preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with residential youth programs.
• Supervisory experience preferred and leadership exposure required.
• Must pass drug screening and extensive background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the youth residential programs.
• Prioritize tasks for youth care specialists and remove obstacles to ensure quality care.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders and ensure 100% program compliance.
• Evenings/weekends as required; on-call responsibilities.
