Job summary

Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Knoxville, TN seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee youth residential programs. This in-office role will supervise youth care specialists, ensure compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders while maintaining on-call coverage.

The position offers a salary of $55-58k per year, plus full-time benefits, 3 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the health & human services field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with residential youth programs or related field.
Supervisory/leadership experience required.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass a drug screen and extensive background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of the youth residential programs you lead.
Prioritize tasks for youth care specialists, communicate and remove obstacles to enable quality care, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance.
In-office role with evenings/weekends and on-call responsibility.

What will you do as a Program Supervisor for our youth residential programs?

As Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations, oversight and performance of the youth residential programs for which you lead.
A typical day as a Program Supervisor will include prioritizing tasks for the youth care specialists you lead, proactively communicating and removing obstacles so your team can provide the best care for the youth in their programs. You will serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100% compliance for the programs you lead.
This role is in-office. Evenings/weekends as required, and an on-call responsibility.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the health & human services field
Supervisory experience preferred
Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with residential youth programs or related field
Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program (s) you lead
