Job summary

Thompson in Memphis is seeking a Shift Lead for our Youth Residential Programs to provide operational oversight, coaching, and coordination across TN sites. You will support Youth Care Specialists, assist with onboarding, and act as the on-site contact when Supervisors are off-site.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), two years' experience in residential youth services, and familiarity with trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Meet credentialing/licensing standards for the program they lead.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in residential youth operation or related child/family services.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, child development, and crisis intervention.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts including days, nights and weekends.
