Thompson is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor in North Carolina. The role focuses on day-to-day oversight of residential programs, staff supervision, and ensuring program outcomes align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of high-performing work experience in a related field.
• Leadership/management experience through projects or roles.
• Valid Driver’s License and credentialing requirements for the program lead.
• All candidates must pass a drug screen and extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs.
• Model and apply Leadership Pipeline principles as a Leader of Others.
• Coordinate staff performance, program outcomes and quality data.
• Rotate shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and participate in on-call weekends.
• This is an in-person position with on-site responsibilities.

What will you do as a Residential Program Supervisor?

• As a Program Supervisor in the Residential department, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day oversight of assigned programs, staff, and other responsibilities. Success in this role is measured through three core data points: financial performance data, staff retention/engagement data, and program outcomes/quality data. Program supervisors are expected to model principles of the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others.
• A typical day as a Program Supervisor includes hands-on operational oversight and accountability for the performance of assigned program(s). Schedules vary to meet program needs, and supervisors are expected to rotate shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. throughout the week. Program Supervisors also participate in a rotating on-call weekend schedule. This is an in-person position.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Verified 2 years of work experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a related field.
• Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short-term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions.
• Displays the capacity/coachability for future growth and development as a leader.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the program (s) you lead.
• All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
