Saint Vincent's Services is seeking a full-time supervisor for our 9-bed Emergency Residence Program for adolescent youth in Cottage 6. The role starts at $60,000 and focuses on coaching, mentoring, and supervising residential staff within a trauma-informed, family-centered framework.

Qualifications

• Three years of residential experience with supervisory experience required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule; Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; after-hours on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching, mentoring, and supervision of designated residential and supervisory staff.
• Participates in risk management processes including investigations relating to youth and staff performance issues.
• Develops programming and activities incorporating trauma-informed care, family-centered, and culturally competent practice.
• Coordinates weekly staff scheduling for all shifts and daily coverage to maintain ratios.
• Assists in therapeutic interventions consistent with ARC and Safety-Care in the milieu; manages notification protocols.
• Approves timesheets for biweekly payroll.
